Returns
If you wish to return a product purchased from EXIGEX, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

Restocking Fee: All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee. This fee is applied to offset the unrecoverable credit card processing fees that we incur for every transaction, whether your product has already shipped or not.

Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. This means that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, as well as the initial shipping fees incurred when your order was placed.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support team at Michael@exigex.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package the item securely in its original packaging, along with a copy of the original packing slip or receipt.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Damaged or Defective Items
